1) How do I order?
You will see buttons throughout our store. (Like Above) Just click on it, and it will take you to that product category. THEN, you will see pages or sub categories. Sub categories will link you to pages. Once you click on a page of products, you can view through them.
2) How do I pay? / How will you bill?
We will e-mail you an invoice once we ship your order.
3) Will I get a proof before my banner is printed?
Every order will receive a phone call for verfication of the order. Then, we e-mail you an artwork proof. Once the proof is APPROVED, we will send your order to production.
4) Can I only order online?
We prefer you to order online to provide you with the BEST possible service. In case you made a mistake while placing your order or having trouble with customization, we will contact you by phone to verify your order, and send a proof before sending to production. 5) How are your products shipped?
All of our products are shipped UPS Ground. If you have a large order on a single or various items, we will call you if it saves you money to ship freight!
6) How long does it take to get my order?
3-5 business days for production and ship time. We ship from North Carolina. To the Right is our UPS transit map.
7) What material is the banner?
Our banners are made out of a flexible material which consists of PVC with fiberglass webbed reinforcements and laminated faces. When printed they have a matte appearance
8) What material is the kickdowns?
Our signs are made out of corrugated plastic, also called Cor-X. Signs come with a galvanized step-stake that can be placed in the ground to display the sign.
9) Light weight banner or Heavy Duty Banner?
Light weight banners are designed for indoor/outdoor use on a short term basis. They are made from thick 13 oz. reinforced material, they have a matte finish and are heat seamed.. Great for putting against a home! Heavy duty banners are designed for outdoor use on a long term basis. They are made from thick 18 oz. reinforced material, have a matte finish and have a hemmed edge. They also have grommets every 36" with the option of wind slits.
10) Will the banner color be the same as I see it on the screen?
No, the colors will vary slightly from the screen. However we are sure that you will be satisfied with the rich colors that are printed.
11) How should I store my banner so it lasts longer?
All banners should be rolled, or folded image area to back side of banner. Please DO NOT fold ink to ink as it may result the ink to stick while being exposed to heat and may damage the banner. Store banner in a dry cool place. Do not store in a hot place, do not store directly exposed to the sun.
12) What are grommets?
Grommets are aluminum rings that are placed around the banner for hanging with hooks or rope or on a wall by using screws and washers.
